We were moving to a retirement community. Much of the furniture and kitchen appliances were not needed in our new community. The estate services people refused to put on a Estate sale because we did not have enough "stuff". Lynnette found a buyer and negotiated to include all the "stuff" in the selling price of the house plus if they would agree to take care of any discrepancies found on the final inspection of the house.It was a mutually a good deal for the seller and buyer,

Lynnette was extremely helpful in proactive in all ways possible, I was selling my home as I was relocating for work, and she helped make this stressful time as easy as possible. She is very insightful of the market and knew just want to list my house at and what needed to get fixed to sell it. So, I wouldn't be stuck paying mortgage from across the county. She really knows her STUFF and is GREAT at it. Lynnette is the best realtor I ever worked with, I am an sad she can't help me find a new place in NJ. Lynette sold my townhouse when two other agents couldn’t get it done. She works very hard for her clients, she is very knowledgeable and will to listen to your ideas as well. She helped me buy a house and negotiated a great deal. She recently helped me sell another house and got it done in four days for over asking.So, in my books, you are losing money if you aren’t using Lynette for your next real estate deal.
