We were moving to a retirement community. Much of the furniture and kitchen appliances were not needed in our new community. The estate services people refused to put on a Estate sale because we did not have enough "stuff". Lynnette found a buyer and negotiated to include all the "stuff" in the selling price of the house plus if they would agree to take care of any discrepancies found on the final inspection of the house.It was a mutually a good deal for the seller and buyer,
